What types of boxes do you offer? We currently offer four main subscription options: Movie Subscription Box, VHS Subscription Box, Vinyl Subscription Box and Video Game Subscription Box.
How do I choose genres? During checkout you’ll select your preferred genres (e.g., horror, comedy, sci‑fi, romance). You can change preferences anytime by emailing us.
What’s in each box? Each shipment contains 10–40 titles (movies or games) or 3-6 vinyl records, depending on your plan. We sometimes include a bonus item like a poster or sticker.
How often do boxes ship? Boxes ship monthly and are billed at the beginning of the month. Shipping is free within the continental US.
Can I cancel or pause? Yes! You can cancel anytime or skip a month with no penalty. There are no long‑term commitments.
Can I return items? Because the boxes are a mystery, returns are not accepted. If something arrives damaged, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
