About the Artist
Band consists of Jimmy Davis (lead vocals, guitar), Tommy Burroughs (vocals, guitar, mandolin, violin), Richard Ford (steel guitar, banjo), Tony Sneed (bass), Harry Peel (drums, percussion). Davis and Burroughs presently have a songwriting credit on Martina McBride’s latest release “Evolution”. Band toured nationally with country artist Mark Collie and recently opened for BR549. Also, this Memphis band appeared on cable’s Nashville Network and Fox South in the past year. Davis and Burroughs members of Jimmy Davis and Junction in late 80’s. Video played on MTV and toured worldwide. Also, these two played as guest musicians on Jonny Lang’s most recent release. Album “2 Quarts Low” recorded at Ardent Studios in Memphis. Other artists who have recorded at Ardent include: ZZ Top, Big Star, Bar Kays, Bob Dylan, Steve Earle, Travis Tritt, and Stevie Ray Vaughan.
